1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Granvillano recognizes the possibility of returning the products within 14 days of receiving the goods, as required by the art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments. There is no right of withdrawal for resellers, subjects with a VAT number, and for natural persons acting for purposes related to the professional activity carried out.

In particular, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

CONDITIONS

• The products are in perfect condition, without any signs of use, washing or assembly, with their original box and/or bags, labels, instructions and everything else that was included. They must therefore be in the same condition in which they were purchased.

• The products do not have expiration dates, have not been custom-made or personalized (e.g. with engraving or other) or non-catalogue items ordered on request.

INSTRUCTIONS

To proceed with the return, and therefore to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, no later than the terms indicated above, of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration, for example:

- by post to G&G Granvillano s.a.s. C.so Vitt. Emanuele 411, 93012 Gela (CL)

- via email to ufficioresi@granvillano.it

To this end you can use the attached standard withdrawal form.

• Pack the goods adequately to ensure integrity during transport.

• Write on the outside of the package: Name, surname, address of the sender and recipient

• Send the package via post or courier according to your preferences. To make a return you can ship at your own expense to the address indicated in the terms and conditions, or use our collection service at a cost of €30 which will be deducted from the refund due (option valid for shipments to Italy relating to standard sized parcels - See terms and conditions under Shipping). Please note that returned products must have been unused and have all original packaging, including product identification labels.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

We recommend a shipping service with tracking and value insurance as the sender will be responsible for any damage, non-delivery or delays. The return costs (shipping/packaging costs) are borne by the customer.

You are only responsible for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The returned good must be in resalable condition.

Please note, in the case of non-resaleability, the amount equivalent to the decrease in the value of the asset can always be withheld.

• Within 14 working days of receiving the goods, Granvillano, after careful verification, will refund the value of the returned goods (including outward shipping costs, if incurred, if the entire order is returned). The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen during the purchase. Granvillano also offers collection with its own courier. If you would like more information, please contact our customer service. A contribution will be requested for this service.

NOTE:

• If promotional codes were used in the returned order, they will no longer be reusable.

• With partial returns, only the value of the products will be refunded.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (JUST RECEIVED)

Granvillano carries out checks on the products before sending them. However, if you find a defect in the product within 10 days of receipt, please contact us to report the problem in order to evaluate whether it can be resolved without returning it. However, if it is necessary, Granvillano will, in most cases, carry out a collection with its own courier.

CONDITIONS

• In the case of used products, they must be cleaned before returning, otherwise they will be returned to the sender.

• With certain products it may be necessary to contact specific assistance/collection centers located throughout the area. In this case the customer will resolve the problem directly with the manufacturer/supplier of the product.

• Products whose problem requires verification by the supplier/manufacturer are excluded. In this case see point 3.

• It is important to install, repair and use the product by carefully following the instructions to avoid damaging the product or causing accidents.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Send an email to servizioclienti@granvillano.it communicating your name and surname and order number and describing the defect found. Please wait for the response. You may be asked to send photographs, videos or a description of the problem you are experiencing.

• If it is necessary to return the defective product, once you have received written confirmation of acceptance of the return, package the goods adequately in order to guarantee their integrity during transport.

• Write on the outside of the package: Name, surname, sender's address

• Within 7 days of receipt, Granvillano, after verification, will contact the customer informing him of the replacement, repair or refund of the value of the returned goods (including outward shipping costs in the event that the entire order is returned) . The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen during the purchase.

NOTE:

• If promotional codes were used in the returned order, they will no longer be reusable.

• With partial returns, only the value of the products will be refunded. If, after the return, you do not receive any updates within 14 working days, please contact customer service.

3. PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY

All products purchased on Granvillano.it are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. The warranty will be applied to the product that presents defects of conformity and/or functioning not detectable at the time of purchase. If you have just received the product, see point 2. Defective products (just received).

For the consumer customer, the products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (equal to two years) pursuant to articles. 128 and following of the Consumer Code.
Pursuant to art. 132 Consumer Code, the seller is responsible when the lack of conformity manifests itself within two years of delivery of the goods. The consumer loses his rights under the legal guarantee if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.

CONDITIONS

• Products whose problem is due to wear and/or deterioration such as batteries, pen refills, notepads, food products etc. are not subject to warranty.

• The warranty does not apply in case of incorrect installation of the product, poor maintenance, abuse or negligence, incorrect and/or fraudulent use of the product, alteration of the same or unauthorized repair attempts.

• The guarantee is personal, therefore applicable to the original purchaser.

• Any item restored or replaced under warranty will also be covered by the warranty for a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original product.

• Any repair costs for items not subject to warranty will be communicated to the buyer in advance. The consumer will thus be able to decide whether to have the item repaired or whether to receive it without it being repaired.

• It is important to install, repair and use the product by carefully following the instructions to avoid damaging the product or causing accidents.

• Return shipping costs for items NOT subject to warranty are always paid by the buyer.

• With certain products it may be necessary to contact specific assistance/collection centers located throughout the area. In this case the customer will resolve the problem directly with the manufacturer/supplier of the product.

• In the event that the manufacturer/supplier confirms the warranty for the defect found, the product will be replaced, repaired or given a voucher. If it is not possible to repair or replace the product Granvillano reserves the right to propose an alternative of equal or greater value. Once the product is ready, Granvillano will proceed with sending it.

• Granvillano also offers collection with its own courier. If you would like more information, please contact our customer service. A contribution will be requested for this service.

4. SENDING ERRORS

In case of incorrect items sent by Granvillano.it please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible at no cost to the customer.


5. RETURNS FOR ITEMS PICKED UP LOCALLY

The return procedure in the case of items collected directly at the office follows the same conditions valid for the returns of items shipped by courier, with one difference: in no case will the returned goods be refunded in cash but will proceed with the issuing a discount voucher for the value due.
