MEANS OF SHIPMENT
Granvillano.it ships to Italy and all over the world only with reliable services offered by Express Couriers. All shipments are accompanied by a delivery document showing the amounts of individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. Granvillano.it does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping: timing in Italy 3/4 days, abroad 5/6 days . Indicative costs subject to change, Cost in Italy € 6.9 and Free for amount over € 150.00. In European Union countries € 40.00 and Free for amount over € 500.00. In the rest of the World € 100.00 and Free for amount over € 800.00. Orders with shipment to countries outside the European Community are executed with modalities taxes and duties unpaid and charged to the buyer.
SHIPMENT TRACEABILITY
All shipments, within Italy, are traceable. The customer, at the time of shipment, will be provided with the name of the courier used and the tracking number, so that he can follow the progress of his shipment. Our shipments are all "express": this means that orders received by 3 p.m. are, in fact, delivered to the courier the same day. Orders received after 3 p.m. are delivered the next day. However, on days of high traffic of orders received (beginning of sales, or holidays), this timing may be delayed. Please note that on Saturdays and Sundays, couriers do not deliver or pick up.
ORDER DELIVERY
All Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Granvillano.it by undertaking to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to causes dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
Upon delivery, Customers are asked to carefully inspect the package BEFORE signing for 'successful delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or not intact, Customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or reject it. In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Granvillano.it customer service.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
As regulated by International Trade Laws, all shipments made by Granvillano.co.uk are accompanied by an official invoice indicating the value of individual items in Euros.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are shipped by G&G Granvillano s.a.s. based in Gela, Caltanissetta province, Italy Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery is approximately expected within 5 to 7 business days from the time of shipment if you choose the standard shipping method.
Granvillano.it is in no way responsible for any delays due to force majeure or natural causes.
In addition, we would like to point out that any bank verification in order to the transactions made could lead to delays in delivery time.
As soon as the payment is authorized (in case of payment with Paypal) and the items are available, the orders will be processed as soon as possible.
For available items, shipping will be immediate. Granvillano.co.uk reserves the right to delay shipment if events occur due to force majeure.
